At Boutique Anita, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with the utmost care. We work closely with trusted shipping partners to provide a seamless delivery experience from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping Methods

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Note: Shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.


International Shipping

We currently ship to customers in the United States.

Estimated delivery times may vary due to local postal procedures and customs regulations. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur during customs clearance or due to external factors.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging (for damaged items)

  • A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)

  • A short description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may no longer be eligible for review or compensation.

Please note:
If the packaging is damaged during transit but the item itself is intact and fully functional, the product is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.


Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows the order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  1. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  2. Once you’ve received written confirmation or a case ID from the carrier, forward this to us at support@boutiqueanita.com.

We are only able to assist with such claims if notified within 7 days of the marked delivery date.


Order Modifications

If you need to change your order (address, size, quantity, etc.), please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that window, the order may have entered the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.


Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
