📦 Return & Refund Policy – Boutique Anita

At Boutique Anita, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of ensuring our customers are genuinely happy. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to love what you receive. Fairness and mutual respect guide our return process — and we’ve found that when we act reasonably, our customers do too.

Refunds are always applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.

👉 Important: Please ensure the package is securely sealed and includes your order number or a copy of your receipt for faster processing.
⚠️ Returns sent to any other address cannot be accepted.


⏳ Return Timeframe

  • We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

  • A return fee may apply and can be paid during the return process. If direct payment isn't available, a voucher will be issued, and the return cost deducted from your refund.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your item to process your return.


✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging may be declined.


💸 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the courier chosen.

  • If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

  • Return shipping typically starts at USD $15 for tracked letterbox packages but may vary depending on courier and country.

  • Since returns are sent to our international warehouse in China, return shipping costs may be higher than domestic returns.


💰 Refunds for Returns

  • Refunds are issued for the value of the product(s) only.

  • Original shipping costs (including express or international shipping) are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to help with exchanges. Since returning items to China can be time-consuming and costly, our team may in some cases arrange a replacement without requiring the item to be sent back.

  • Please allow up to 12 days for your new item to arrive.

  • This eco-conscious approach helps reduce packaging waste and carbon emissions — and saves you time.


🎁 Bundle Orders

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned together.

  • Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased using discount codes, automatic promotions, or marked Final Sale (e.g., 40% off or more)

  • Items not in their original condition or missing packaging

👉 That said, we’ll always do our best to support you — and in many cases, we’ll still offer exchanges where possible.


🖥️ Self-Service Return

If your order is eligible, you may use our self-service return portal.
You’ll need your order number and postal code to begin.

Once approved:

  • You can pay for your return shipping (based on carrier costs).

  • A return label will be emailed to you.

⚠️ For international customers:

  • A return label may not be available. In such cases, please ship the return using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to our return facility.

  • For exchanges, a gift card or store credit may be issued once tracking confirms progress, allowing you to reorder right away.

📌 Note: Return fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error, damage, or defect.


🛃 Customs Delays

If your return is held at customs, it is typically due to paperwork or clearance requirements.
Boutique Anita cannot issue compensation until the item is received and cleared at our return facility.
